I am am so disappointed and disturbed by the way the takealot courier team works they are just pathetic ****s and don't have any care for their customers that's is the same as their client service department. I have purchased an item by 25th January and on the 29th January a certain guy called me trying to arrange that I come meet them in town to collect my item which it was not possible for me coz I was at work. Since that day the parcel has never been delivered am now getting several emails indicating that my parcel was received at the wrong courier facility and they are working to reschedule the delivery. I have responded and provided the GPS Coordinates tried to call but I am not being assisted.
