7 Failed deliveries and no communication

After purchasing an item, there were 7 failed deliveries which stated "recipient wasn't available for delivery". During that time I received no phone calls or emails. After searching for the customer service number, which is not made easily available, I called them and it was discovered that the driver was going to the wrong address. Again I received no correspondence and no delivery. The third time I called was to cancel. I then had to wait for the item to get back to the warehouse before the return could be processed even though I never had it. Furthermore, I did not receive a refund as requested but rather credit. I had to call again and wait a number of days. Not great.
