This ratings doesn't deserve any stars. Takealot has dropped the ball. The customer service is Appalling, the stuff are clueless and ***********. Looking at the negative ratings it's clear that these people are taking their customers for granted and knocking us off . It's the second time one of my orders is canceled and they are sending me from pillar to post with regards to my refund. We are being sold counterfeit items and sold non existing items. How do you sell items that are out of stock 😐 In my Last order I fought until a voucher instead of a refund was processed. I used the voucher for my next order ,1 item has been canceled because it's out of stock and they refuse to refund or credit me because .You are *******.
