6 years later - Improve your app, Takealot!

I often forget to tap on the "Earn eBucks" when making purchases. I read a complaint from 2015 where another HelloPeter reviewer, Aylwin M, raised the same issue. The response from takealot.com on that complaint is that they are unable to automate the earning of eBucks as the consumer might wish to pay with eBucks - why not code it so that if the customer does not actively choose to pay with eBucks then the customer automatically earns eBucks. It would certainly lead to happier customers and not ones who feel like they should have gone with Loot anyways as the item was a little cheaper there.
