6 Requests for a refund instead of account credit and ZERO replies

I’ve purchased on Takealot many times and always had great service however recently I returned my ordered and chose the “credit my account” option. The returns went through successfully however I then changed my mind and requested for a refund instead as the T&Cs allow for this and claims they will be “happy to help”. I’ve sent through 6 requests in the past 2 weeks and not a single one has been rep**** to. I had also sent one regarding my one item that I returned as it wasn’t showing that it was collected and someone rep**** to me that same day, I even emailed that same person about my request for the refund but no reply. Takealot seems to not care when it comes to giving back your money and blatantly ignore you. I’ve been absolutely put off and I highly doubt I’d be buying from them again. Don’t ever choose account credit for return because you won’t ever be able to get a refund for it.
