6 Months and still no delivery!

6 months and still NO DELIVERY!

I placed an order with takealot.com and made the payment on the 30th of April 2020 to date still no delivery, after finally reaching their customer care service I was advised that my order was either lost or damaged, the question that is highly relevant here is, exactly how does this service provider justify that they did not notice that an order has been outstanding for 6 months????? are there no systems in place to monitor deliveries? or lack thereof?????? where is the level of service??? currently I am still awaiting a second order which is late ...will this be a reoccurrence of the 6-month delay once more.....
