6 Days Later and NO DELIVERY and Takealot says they DONT KNOW what's going on!!!!

I ordered a fridge from them on the 8th of December. On the 14th I got an sms saying the fridge would arrive on the 15th, I made arrangements to take time off work to facilitate this. Then I got an sms saying its rescheduled till 16th, waited all day and got another sms to say its rescheduled 17th, then 18thm then 19th!!! Today, 19th, I called in and have been advised that for the past few days till today there has been no driver available, and that Takealot cannot get a hold of the 3rd party with my fridge!!! I am appalled and disgusted as they have already taken money from me for this product and an extra R200 for delivery!!!!
