6 day wait to get the wrong item

I initially ordered the wrong watch (my mistake), then put in a request for a return so I could trade it out for the correct one.<br> <br> I clearly stated in the email which I wanted (copied and pasted the item name from their site), and now today (6 days later) received the same model that I returned.<br> <br> I've asked for a refund, I can't be bothered to wait another 6 days and perhaps receive the wrong item again.
