5th time ive emailled stating this has been collected already

I am really REALLY getting upset. YOU GUYS COLLECTED THE BELOW ORDER LAST WEEK the 28th october at 10am. Now i get a message saying your driver is on the way to collect the return? are u actually kiodding? its returned. I need my refund.
