I Ordered a parcel with TAKEALOT only to realise the company has no truths neither would they take accountability for their actions. I specifically asked the team not once not twice and not 3 times to deliver the parcel at a specific time due to the nature of the business I do. I had made it clear to all 5 consultants but TAKEALOT decided otherwise.
