I ordered an item and at the time paid a Whopping R40 000 for it. I received my order on the 5th of April 2025.

They delivered the wrong item and I tried to return it to get a refund or the actual item I paid for. When I returned the item they sent me (which was not what I paid for), they told me that I had returned the wrong item! What do you mean I returned the wrong item? Obviously I returned the wrong item because you sent me the wrong item! These guys ripped me off properly. I'm seriously considering legal action.
