50% off deck chairs...literally

Once again take a lot is a useless and non exiting customer care, shifting blame and not taking responsibly for their *****-ups. I ordered 2 deck chairs and received one and a half chairs. These chairs are 2 meters long. After a 2 week struggle for something to happen, they send a s****** THREE times and a car once to fetch the product. Then after all this I receive an email to saying the time lapsed for returns. I dealt with "TEAM LEADERS" Dean Boer and Tariq Mohammed who did absolutely NOTHING and don't respond to emails. This will be the last time I use this useless online shopping service
