<p>Takealot offers good products at reasonable prices. </p> <p>The good customer service, however, is 'selective'.</p> <p>Their slogan "we're only happy when you are" is certainly a misrepresentation of their willingness / dedication to customer service.</p> <p>I have never been assisted and more ignored at the same time.</p> <p>When buying brand electronic products, rather buy from a supplier who will honour their conditions 100%.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
