I ordered a product and after using it a few times it became faulty. I completed a request for return on the website and received a message that the courier would collect the item. The courier arrived as scheduled and I was kept informed by sms and email of the progress of my request for refund. I was advised that my refund had been processed and received a full refund into my account within a week of making my online request. 5* customer service. Well done Takealot
