Bought 2 Zinbali bar stools from Takealot which refused to take back my product back that I didn’t use. I returned within 2 days and they declined my return and sent the chairs back to me. They gave me excuses that they can’t return the product if I opened the box. How else was I supposed to view my product without opening it???? All I wanted was to return the product and get a shorter stool as this was too high for my kitchen counter. Not very impressed and very disappointed!!!
