5 orders not being delivered

I have been a very loyal patron, spending over R250k in 2021. I had 5 orders that have been scheduled to be delivered from the 28th of December 2021. The morning of the 28th, Elias, a takealot driver phones us and says we are outside of his service area and he will not deliver to us. If we want our package, we need to meet him in town which is 14km away from where we live, we refused since all previous packages have been delivered without issues. He returned our package to the warehouse and to this day we have not received ANY of our orders. I have phoned, emailed and facebook messaged more times than I can count, no one has been able to assist me. Everyone "will escalate the matter" and get back to me (which no one does). In the meantime the orders have been rescheduled DAILY with the excuse being the courier cannot get hold of us. This is a lie and no one can prove otherwise. I have had to confirm contact details, delivery address and gps coordinates 6 times. This is not fair and really not good customer service. I am heartbroken with disappointment
