I ordered a scale and got a mole repeller and the staff can't even process a replacement since i really need to use the scale for my project. I logged a return the very minute i collected the package, the package was so tiny and light so i opened the box and headed straighr to the returns desk, only to find out that they initiated the request the afternoon of the following day. Iwonder how a big reputable company could be so ***********!
