I cancelled an order on 01/10/2025, a refund was made to an account that doesn’t belong to me, takealot consultants have sent me to the bank where I was told that a reversal has to be done on their side, when I communicated that to the them they proceeded to tell me the problem is with Apple Pay, and after contacting Apple support it was confirmed that the refund would have gone straight back into the account it was paid from which was not the case. Takealot, it’s been 13 days. I want my money
