4 weeks of waiting for my delivery!

I bought a walking pad from Takealot on 21 January, the delivery was supposed to take place on the 29th January, today is the 8th February, and no progress yet on my purchase. It is stuck on paid! No one is contacting me, I have followed up twice via email and on the last email I was told that the “seller” is still awaiting collection! Whatever that means! Who’s supposed to be collecting? Is it not Takealot, so what is the hold up? 4 weeks of waiting??? With absolute silence, no communication or follow up? I am actually so irritated by this!!
