4 out of 5 last orders delayed or wrong distribution.

I either need to stop using them or collect directly from them since they keep sending my orders to the wrong distro hub. 4 from my 5 last orders was delayed and my now current has 0 updates. Called and it was not even shipped yet (4 days later)...

Customer service is useless and just keeps on directing me to the next person when trying to find out what is wrong. Never had an issue for about 4 year but its becoming terrible now.
