4 months later and still No refund received on my return

I bought an iPhone 15 in November 2023. I returned the phone but until today l have not received my refund. I call almost daily but no one is able to locate my return in order to generate the refund. I have spoken to more than 15 different agents, some repeatedly. All promise to escalate the query but no one follows through on their promise to help
