4 days Takealot delaying to pick up their wrong order

Good afternoon

I received a wrong order on Wednesday last week a day after I noticed that it was a wrong item, I logged for the item to be returned, Thursday I received an sms that they will collect on Friday. The whole of Friday I waited but no communication was made during the day, around 05:46pm I received an sms that they tried call to no avail which was a lie, then they rescheduled for Monday 18, today is is Tuesday again no communication

I am sure around the same time they will send me a message that they are rescheduling

Their service is a mess, so ***********, i have been using their services for 3 years and they decide to disappoint me now
