4 days out for delivery still no package

My parcel has been out for delivery for 4 days since monday Everyday they say they will phone no one phones no one delivers they have delivered to my house multiple times now suddenly my address cant be found i spoke to Adnaan and Reece send my details and location to both still no answer nor a package Takealot did send me a mail if i dont provide an address they are going to cancel my package please just answer ny mails or deliver my damn package this is getting ridiculous
