4 days later - and still NO DELIVERY

Ordered a basin on Thursday for next-day delivery. Got a notification on Friday that it is out for delivery and arranged for someone to be at the address 3 days in a row now - it is now day 4 and still has not been delivered. When I phoned the Customer Care number - I was informed that it is only now on its way to the Branch and Nowhere close to being delivered. Not only are they lying to customers - but also sitting with our money - without delivering.
