3rd week, still no collection/replacement of defective item

TAKEALOT I have been waiting for my return (RRN-3D6F-30C5) for order #***4, to be collected from the 28th Jul. On the 29th received an sms stating the collection will be made on the 30th Jul. Received yet another sms on the 2nd to say it will be collected 3rd Aug. To date, no collection has been made. Even after having taken to twitter and Facebook. Instead, I got a new reference returns number and a new collection date, AGAIN NOT DELIVERED!! No apology, nor explanation given. Your service has left an extremely bitter taste in my mouth. Your CSL is way beyond par. I want this return to be collected no later than tomorrow, 15th August...with my replacement item.
