3rd Party suppliers that commit *****

New Balance - a third party supplier on Takealot.com sold me - NB 520 V8 - running shoes - black. When my order arrived, the supplier took it upon themselves to change my order. They changed it from black to light blue !!! Luckily I keep screenshots of all my orders. So I have proof that it was changed by either the supplier or by takealot as now to someone without proof of the change it would look like I ordered wrong. The same shoe I ordered is now listed for R600 more, so it is clear someone made a mistake but being in customer service and sales myself I know that it is not the clients problem. You had no right to change my order and send me the incorrect stuff. Changing it comes down to plain out *****. Shoes was collected for return yesterday and up to now the only response received has been from new balance saying they cant take responsibility as it is on takealot and their supplier which tells me it doesnt come from new balance themselves but rather a different 3rd party. So I am waiting for a reply to my question - are you replacing with what I ordered or are you going to refund me with some excuse that item is out of stock ? Because if you want to spin me a out of stock story I am laying ***** charges and false advertising and also ********* business practices. I am not a patient person and I am already cheezed off because I now have to wait for a product I should have had Tuesday already.
