3D Printing Combo - Takealot

I have ordered a ZEN 3D Printing PLA Filament 1.75mm - White and Aqua Green Combo for R559 from them. On the 16 December only the white was send then I had to return it. On The 22 December the order was send again and then only the Aqua Green was delivered. Yesterday the 30 December the combo was delivered again and again only white was received. The emailed me and promised me that this will not happen again. According to them both colors will be send and now they have indicated that this is a non-returnable product and the product is not available anymore. Nobody is responding to emails and I'm just not getting any help to have it resolved.
