30 days hassle free return....but I can't even use the item?????

I ordered a generator thru TL because of their 30 day no hassle exchange/return policy which this generator specifically listed. Nowhere in the ad or during the purchase process does it state anywhere that it is not returnable once oil and petrol are added.

Please tell me how am I supposed to even see if it works, does what it claims, is too noisy or whatever without adding oil and petrol to use the damn thing?!!!!!

If this is the case, you can come collect it because I am not prepared to sit with a R13 000 machine I am not happy with!

PS. I would update all and any ads that have this stipulations and warn customers ahead of time instead of wasting our time.
