3 WEEKS WAITING TO HAVE ORDER CANCELLED DAY BEFORE XMAS

SHOCKING SERVICE!!! Ordered over 3 weeks ago, TakeAlot delivered the wrong item due to their incompetence and then waste the next week and a half of my time with no response & to then EVENTUALLY reply to the log a return i placed and then have more of my time wasted wasted for them to collect the incorrect item then i hear nothing back for another week, while the whole time i made it clear i need to recieve before xmas please. They send the same annoying automated response over and over not even have the decency to have a human actually try and assist. Then i see today my order has been cancelled the day before xmas & they credit my Takealot account, an absolute joke there customer service is non existant and I WANT MY MONEY BACK i don't want your Takealot credit it's useless since i will never be supporting you again due to your ********* practice & lack of service.
