3 weeks for my order to be delivered?

What's on earth is happening with Takealot? 3 weeks for delivery? Really? 3 weeks? The reason I always ordered on Takealot is because of the fast delivery. It's not even a big order and are all electronics. If it was non related products I could understand, but this is chargers and charging cables as well as rechargeable lights. No. Unacceptable.
