3 Week Customer Service Ticket and then ghosted

The seller sent a 24" Samsung Screen for delivery. When Takelaot was notified of this error, they contacted me to arrange a return as it was the incorrect screen. Advising them they need to arrange that the correct screen size as advertised needs to be delivered upon returning the incorrect screen size it's been a whole story of the seller not getting back to takealot regarding resolving this in the correct manner. Takealot and the seller have now ghosted me and still not arranged that the correct screen be delivered in return of the incorrect one. It's been over a month now, not sure if this this is a ****!!
