3 watches in less than a month

Okay so how useless can you guys now really be? 3 watches in just over a month!!! First watch, water damage after 2 days even though it is advertised as IP67. Second watch, water damage after 2 weeks, even though it is advertised as IP67. Third watch, strap breaks in less than 2 hours of wearing the watch! I cant believe the *** you guys are selling and to make things worse, these smart watches was supposed to be my daughters Christmas present but since she received on Christmas it been more in takealots delivery vans than in her own possession because we always have to return this **** and it keeps taking over a week to the this *** resolved. So can you useless people from takelot please explain to me how she is supposed to enjoy her Christmas present? your products is useless, poor quality and ALWAYS breaks!! and I would have understood if this was maybe a R300 cheapy watch but its not, each time is a smart watch that over R1500 and that pretty expensive for a smart watch for a kid.
