3 pack but only one delivered twice

Ordered 3 pack Charka Briketts from takealot, reseller SAfire Charka. In the box there was only one bag of briquettes. On top of that everything in the box with the briquettes including baby bottles was completely black from the briquettes. On there site item description What's in the box 3 bags x 3 kg Charka Briquettes . Returned item for replacement. After waiting for delivery for a week for the second time I get this item and once again there is only 1 bag. I would have thought after the first time someone would have checked this, and this after a week of waiting, truly pathetic service. So much of my time consumed by such a simple thing.
