3 Months and still no return

I ordered a product for my fiancé and when I received it it was broken. I immediately returned it on the 29th of May 2017 and NO feedback since whatsoever. I called a couple of times to find out what is happening and I was told the same thing over and over. "We will credit you as we do not have stock". Still nothing. This is really pathetic and a waste of time.
