3 Button remote key fob Hyundai i20

ordered a 3-button remote key fob case shell rubber pad for Hyundai i20 and upon receiving my order on Sunday the rest of my order where there and no key fob rubber but on order it says it's been delivered, and lord beholds it's nowhere in my boxes of orders to be seen. Still waiting to hear will I still get it or will I be refunded
