2weeks No Delivery

I placed an order number: *** on Saturday the 1st Aug and delivery date was supposed to be 10Aug15 to date nothing when I called on the 11th I was told that the driver was at my place and he was told that I dont live there i am quiet surprised as i have had stuff from takealot delivered there 2weeks ago even now this week i had 2more deliveries I am quiet fedup of waiting for nappies en iron including alex tots game soo I DEMAND A REFUND!! FOR THAT ORDERif a driver gets lost why not call me for directions?? i have sent numerous emails and made plenty calls nothing is happening soo il buy my iron and nappies at a different online store as those are needs CAN SOMEONE CALL ME *** to inform me how will i get my money back!!!
