2nd time of goods being delivered late

I would like to bring to your attention a problem I have experienced with your company. This is the 2nd time this is happening and I find it very unacceptable.<br> <br> I placed a order on Friday the 27th @ 9:52 am. I order Huggies nappies however the item was only in stock in JHB and delivery would be completed by the 01 December.<br> It is now the 2nd December and I have still not received my item. I called the customer care twice yesterday and was advised that my query has been escalated. I was also advised that the delivery should be completed by 4:30 yesterday due to the escalation. This is the 2nd time my order of nappies are delayed. I have now had to go and purchase extra nappies due to the fact that the order has not arrived and he is running out which I did not plan for. I find this unacceptable and very disappointing as it is the 2nd time it has happened.<br> <br> I emailed Takealot and no response as yet<br>
