2nd time in 2 weeks

This is now the 2nd time in 2 weeks that I have a delivery problem. When I placed my order and when you track it it states that I will get delivery 1 December. I phoned at 13h36 and they told me that maybe it will go out later today with the 15h00 batch. 14h15 I got a sms to say delivery will be on Monday 4 Dec before 17h00. This is unacceptable as my delivery date on the order was 1 December, even when I tracked it 20 min ago. I promised the kids those dvd's and toys, but Takealot change there deliveries as they want. Last week the same thing happened and only after fighting the supervisor Dean sorted my delivery out. You always had had good delivery service but lately it sucks. Hope to hear from you asap.
