2nd hand unit sold to me as new

Ordered a Philips Viva Collection food processor, was sent a Daily Collection instead. Could hear parts moving around in box after I received box from courier. Can clearly see tape on box was re-app****. Certain components were not even plastic wrapped and dirty/dusty. I was basically sent a 2nd hand/demo unit

Very disappointed in Takealot.
