2nd hand goods sold to me

I purchase from Takealot often, most of the time I am satisfied but the problems I have faced recently cannot be overlooked. The goods that they send to you might be 2nd hand goods. Today I received a delivery for a childs s******... The s****** box is badly damaged, which I can understand due to the shipping and travel etc. But what I cannot understand is the damage on the s****** itself, as if a child played with it a couple of times and fell causing sc****s. The s****** has clearly been out of the "sealed" package and most probably used and cleaned up. I don't know their whole return and redistribute process but there is clearly a flaw in their returns. I've had another problem with a hair product item that had hair in it (Been used). I do not want 2nd hand goods. I do not pay for 2nd hand goods. I do not expect Takealot being as reputable as they are to send to me 2nd hand goods. I am a frequent customer. I've never had problems like this before with them. I request an agent from their Customer care to respond to me as soon as possible.
