2FU#k ups in 24 hours thanks

So this is the second time that i did order from Takealot first time was something small just to see how it works. everything went okay except for the fact that the stuff did not look close as they appear on the picture but okay was a test to see. Now i did order 2 parcels to sent to my girl as its her birthday on Thursday, in 2 days time so i know it taking about a week so i did order everything last week already. this is were the **** hits the fan packet was at her dads office yesterday, and the guy only try to do a WhatsApp call and no normal call as the uncle only use WhatsApp when his home so he could not receive any calls on WhatsApp at all cause he don't by data at all so he did not receive the packet yesterday all because the courier person never even try to do a normal call and that is pathetic that just tell me if you don't have WhatsApp and they cant reach you on WhatsApp you will never receive your packet at all why cant they just do a normal call hell i was a pizza delivery guy and i never even trayed to WhatsApp call a client at all it as its un professional. so with that being said i had to change the date for today still okay no problem at all.

This morning i went onto the tracker to see if my girls dad maybe received the packet already as i was set to be the first thing to be delivered for today just to see that the parcel is damaged in transit HOW THE HELL IS HER BIRTDAY PRESENT SUPPOUSE TO GET TO HER ON THURSDAY NOW??? Now im going to look like a guy that is lying and now i cant make her birthday special anymore cause what she wanted wont be there anymore now its another week that i have to wait for the hole proses over again thanks Takealot for two F ups in not even 24 hours and how am i suppose to make use of you guys again if this is the way you do deliveries why cant your people do a normal call instead of think everyone is on WhatsApp the hole dam day some of us is working and only get on WhatsApp after hours DO A NORMAL CALL and wait for the people to get to you when you need to deliver at a business the reception lady was just in the loo 5 min would have not killed him but now i have to wait a week again for my stuff to get delivered WHAT THE HELL!!!!!!!!!!! Get your drivers to do a decent job and more professional than just o no one here next place FFS

So please tell me how are you going to correct this matter now ???
