21day Review on item labeled incorrectly by Takealot, resulting in incorrect item delivered

If there is anyone who can help me, I will really appreciate it. I ordered a Xiaomi Smart Tower Fan from Takealot (R3 000) . What was received however, was multipurpose cleaning cloths ( estimated at R99). The cloths were labeled incorrectly as the Tower Fan. A return collection was logged, which happened. After several emails, the feedback I got was the item needs to undergo a 21 day evaluation. Is there anyone I can speak to? It is not my error, it was labeled incorrectly by Takealot and I received the incorrect item. Is it really fair that I wait 21days for the evaluation? I will unfortunately not recommend to buy any expensive items from Takealot, as the returns process is a huge challenge. I am not guaranteed that I will receive the correct item either. And should I request a refund, the money gets allocated to my Takealot account as a credit, not paid back.
