2 x Missing order items worth R500

I am not getting assistance from Takealot On the 9th I placed an order for 3 items, of which my delivery came on the 12th December. Upon opening the properly sealed package I noticed that they only delivered 1 item, and I notified them immediately and they said they investigating, up until today I have made countless follow ups and no one seems to help me. Today the 22nd I still haven't received feedback as to what happened to my order or let alone my refund. Order no: ***
