2 weeks to get a cancelled delivery

Hi guys, so i ordered stuff from takealot on the 29th of august, something simple, 3 dog leashes and 3 collars, i had to wait until the 12th of september to hear that there is not stock of 2 of the 3 leashes...(so it took almost 2 weeks just for them to tell me they cannot get the green and blue collars), then i got a mail afterwards that they told me my payment was never received...well **** it i spoke to the one lady and there was a miscommunication or some ****...so how the hell is that my problem? I told them to fix this before friday...no response...im sick of takealot's super **** service and ive been buying from them for 9 years...since the days of take2...guess i will go and support sites like Raru who actually gives you service...pathetic service from takealot , wont be supporting them any longer and i will make sure my family and some friend does not either.
