2 weeks to assist in a return is RIDICULOUS

I have been waiting weeks for my laptop to be replaced. 2 weeks ago Take Alot collected laptop and charger on 22nd Feb and advised me that this would be sorted in 2-3 days. ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS and it has not even reached the supplier yet for replacement.

This was purchased for me to work remotely and earn a living for my kids. I have a son with a disability, without a job who is going to buy his heart medication, pay for his cardiac appointments. Take Alot is costing me my job and best believe if i lose this job..I WILL NOT LET THIS SLIDE. I am a Widow trying to make ends meet for my kids while your warehouse department is relaxing and having tea breaks.

IM TIRED OF HEARING "REST ASSURED" - I EXPECT TO HAVE MY LAPTOP SENT TO SUPPLIER AND BACK TO ME BEFORE END OF THIS WEEK.
