2 Weeks delay on missing MEDICINE, which Takealot policy states would be resolved in 3 days.

Been a customer for more than 5 years, ordering numerous times. Most recently ordered medicine with a few other items from Ctn. Medicine did NOT arrive with the other items. Takealot's site states that the issue will be resolved within 3 days. It has now been going on 2 weeks.

I asked to expedite process since it is medicine. Unathi.M were allocated the case, and when responding, the info is sufficient, but why am I instructed to respond time and time again revealing the same info which I already submitted?

Medicine pertains to human health and human lives. This is completely unacceptable and outright dangerous!
