2 weeks .... and still no answer.

I ordered a book from takealot a few weeks ago, and I receieved 3 copies of a COMPLETELY wrong book. I returned these 3 and asked for a refund as I then went to get the book elsewhere. I got an email atating that my account would be credited. No credit was recieved so I contacted their very unhelpful contact centre.

2 weeks later and i STILL have no refund, also they have gone quiet.

I will definitely be switching to Amazon, this is the 3rd order from Takealot in a row that has an error!!
