2 weeks and no delivery or confirmation to do so

I have ordered an item on their website which confirmed that they have to order from a supplier which takes 5-7 days. I waited 1 week and still no update. I then called and they said they are still waiting for it to arrive. It has now been 2 weeks, I have called them over 4 times and have been promised phone calls and emails which I never received.<br> <br> They can't even confirm that they will be getting the item this week or even this year. Which company takes 5-7 days to send an item anywhere in this country? This is an unacceptable time period to wait, and I have been waiting more than double that time period with no feedback.<br> <br> I called today and they still cannot confirm if the item is actually on the way to them. Just full of **** promises and non delivery. They did not even offer me an alternative product that they do have in stock to compensate for the time lost waiting for this product since they cannot confirm anything.
