2 week shipping delay on available stock

Ordered three items (shoes and clothing) on 2 April 2023. All items showed in stock in Cape town and Johannesburg. On the takealot app the tracking shows that items will only be shipped on 17 April 2023. I was not aware that i am ordering from wish in china for such a delayed shipping date. So either takealot are advertising false information of stock availability or there is serious supply chain issues. The problem with takealot is that there is no customer care for queries.
