2 returns in 2 weeks- absolutely appalling service, and devilish customer deception

In the past 2 weeks i have ordered and returned 2x UPS (PowerUp Mini UPS 8800mAh Lithium-Ion WiFi Router / Modem) I bought one and it came with none of the components that were supposed to be in the box, no charger for the unit NOTHING!! the minute I received it , I sent requested a return and refund. They refunded and with the same money I ordered a different brand of Ups, they handed over my package to a wrong house and the receiver called me to meet him to get my package, luckily it was not tampered with. On opening my package, lo and behold no charger for the unit no components described on the box,I have no words for Takealot, the level of deception in reselling returns from one customer to the other is appalling, the level of incompetence and lack of care in their delivery process is unbelievable. How about some identification from the receiver? How can you just drop off a package without some sort of confirmation?? Takealot i hope you rectify and take responsibility for this inconvenience, so some trust in you can be rebuilt again.I regularly order from you , but this time you have really worked my last nerve.if you continue deceiving customers by recycling returns you will lose your regular customers and their trust in your brand. You are effortlessly tarnishing your own name and brand, please bring back quality control, and make sure your delivery staff is educated in proper package handling skills and know the delivery process. If there was an option of zero star I would give you zero, im deeply deeply disappointed!!
